What data we retain?
Based on our Data Protection Plolicy we only retain data that is necessary for us to conduct our services and give you an enjoyable experience.
Rest assured that your data is stored in the EU in secure data centers. We endeavor our best to keep all your data secure by using different technologies which prevent and intercept data breaches.
Retention periods are bound by the GDPR and Tax Law stipulations, for categories A and F granularity we retain data for six years after the cessation of the business relationship. For all other categories data is retained for one year after the cessation of the business relationship unless we receive a renewed consent to extend the period.
EU citizens and residents have the right for their personal data to be forgotten or erased.
Exercising this right should not conflict with Tax Law, therefore if you wish for your personal data to be erased the erasure will not be applied to categories A and F granularity if less than six years have elapsed after the cessation of the business relationship.
We have six categories of granularity:
A- Personal Data that we are required to retain for accounting and tax purposes and to prove that a business relationship was indeed established.

3- Full address including: House number, street, city, country, and Postcode/Zipcode
4- Telephone/Mobile Number
5- Email Address
6- Date of Birth in certain cases
7- Occupation or services you provide in certain cases
B- Personal Data (where applicable) that is related to your underaged child(ren) this may include
1- First Name
2- Last Name
3- Date of Birth
4- Any medical requirements
5- Any medical history
6- Any Learning difficulties or disabilities
7- Likes or dislikes
8- Any other relevant data which could be used to better deliver the service
C- Personal Data related to employment if you are an employee or applying for employment
1- All your CV data
2- References details
3- Vetting data if required
4- Training and/or achievements and performance data if applicable
5- Any other relevant data which could be either required to fulfill a task or an assignment
D- Data which we collect when you interact with one of our websites in order to give you a better experience and more security
1- IP address
2- Browser details
3- Geo-location details (in certain cases)
4- Referrer details
5- Behavioral details
6- Social details (in certain cases)
7- Access details for security purposes
E- Marketing Data collected either by registration, surveys, and/or invitation
1- With the exception of items in B: this may include a subset of any of the above categories, or a mix of one or more than one category except items in B.
2- Statistical data for research purposes can include:
demographics,

opinions and views,

3- Any other data that would be helpful for conducting sound market research
F- Contracts and Accounting data
